Leighton Buzzard Art Society is a group of local amateur and professional artists who meet regularly for demonstrations, talks and workshops.
Leighton Buzzard Circle Dance Group
Circle dances cover a wide range of styles and tempo. Each dance is taught before we dance to music, both classical and modern from around the world. We do not take ourselves seriously, we just aim to enjoy a relaxing evening dancing with others.
Leighton Buzzard Festival Singers
The Leighton Buzzard Festival Singers was formed in 1951, the year of the Festival of Britain. It is a choir for four voices (soprano, alto, tenor and bass). We normally perform two concerts each year in Leighton Buzzard, usually in May and November/December and a carol concert at Christmas. We also perform at Summer fetes, dinners and weddings.
Leighton Buzzard Music
Leighton Buzzard Music club promotes about eight concerts per year by top class professional musicians. They are mostly held in Leighton Buzzard theatre and take place monthly from September to April.
Leighton Buzzard Writers
Leighton Buzzard Writers is for people interested in any kind of writing.
The group has a diverse membership from experienced and published writers to beginners. We offer a supportive environment in which to share work in progress and constructive feedback.
Come along to share your writing or just listen and be inspired by the work of others.
Leighton Linslade Carnival
The Carnival Committee organises the annual Leighton Buzzard carnival and associated events. The Committee is always on the lookout for new volunteers to help with the running of the carnival.
Leighton-Linslade Concert Band
The Leighton-Linslade Concert Band was formed in 2008. It comprises woodwind, brass and bass instruments and plays a variety of light music. The band now includes 31 musicians and has the prospect of expanding in numbers in the future.
The Linsdale Singers is a choir of around 30 voices. Specialising in singing unaccompanied choral music the Choir also performs works that are accompanied by piano/organ or a chamber orchestra. This established choir enjoys a reputation for high quality choral singing in the Leighton Buzzard and Linslade area of Bedfordshire.
Sing for fun and wellbeing! Friendly singing group, open to all, no audition, no need to read music. A mix of songs, new and old, from near and far.

St Barnabas Church Linslade
St. Barnabas is a busy parish with a wide musical program which includes the church choir who sing an anthem at most of the services. A full Choral Evensong is sung once a month often on the 3rd Sunday of the month with Sung BCP Evensong on other Sundays.
The Linsdale Singers and other music groups also perform in the church.
Spectrum Community Arts
We provide performing arts workshops for people with disabilities.
We strongly believe that the performing arts is a great tool for developing self-esteem and self-expression.
